Bruce Costello is a business leader with 25 years of sales and business development experience. With a broad range of industry experience including Aerospace, Automotive, Hi-Tech, Defense and Medical, both domestically in the US and internationally, he has led teams selling a diverse range of software and services including electronic design automation, mechanical design, project planning, life-cycle management and technical documentation authoring applications.
As a student of sales strategy and a leader of sales teams, Bruce has successfully architected and led to closure numerous multi-million dollar sales campaigns, with several comfortably in excess of $50m. He has been recognized on multiple occasions as his employers top performer as both an individual and sales leader. In 2006 Bruce founded FourThirds in the US with the aim of helping sales teams ‘raise their game’ through superior strategy, process, individual skills and execution.
