Chris Stock
Managing Partner EMEA
Chris is the founder and Managing Director of FourThirds, an organisation focused on supporting top line sales growth and revenue through sales force transformation. Chris is an acknowledged leader in this field and can bring about real ‘behavioural change’ through highly energised motivational workshops. He speaks at sales conferences and seminars on developing these capabilities in leaders and sales teams.
Prior to FourThirds, Chris held senior sales management roles for Intel Corporation managing Hewlett Packard, EDS and finally as the Global Account Director for BP. Chris joined Intel from IBM Corporation where he was a senior Sales Account Manager and Client Solutions Executive selling Multi-Million pound Strategic Outsourcing opportunities.
Chris holds an MBA and Executive Coaching Certificate from Henley Business School, and is a certified NLP Trainer. He is currently studying a Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA) specialising in Sales Leadership and Sales Force Transformation. Chris is a Visiting Tutor at Henley Business School supervising on the MSc Coaching and Behavioural Change programme. He is also faculty at the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM), and judges at the National Sales Awards. He holds Non Executive Directorships, is a member of the CBI SME Council and Chair for North Berkshire Young Enterprise board.

Bruce Costello
Managing Partner Americas
Bruce Costello is a business leader with almost 30 years of sales and business development experience. He has earned an unrivalled reputation as a troubleshooter and problem fixer in general management, sales leadership as well as with major accounts teams. Through hands on leadership Bruce enjoys a record of success in building an developing high performance sales teams. With a broad range of industry experience including Aerospace, Automotive, Hi-Tech, Defence and Medical, both domestically in the US and internationally, he has led teams selling a diverse range of software and services including electronic design automation, mechanical design, project planning, life-cycle management and technical documentation authoring applications.
As a student of sales strategy and a leader of sales teams, Bruce has successfully architect-ed and led to closure countless multi-million dollar sales campaigns, with many comfortably in excess of $50m. He has been recognized on multiple occasions as his employers top performer as both an individual and sales leader. In 2006 Bruce founded FourThirds in the US with the aim of helping sales teams ‘raise their game’ through superior strategy, process, individual skills and execution. He coaches CEO’s, sales leaders and sales teams in the methods he’s developed and used during his career. What does ‘raising their game’ mean? Quite simply, bigger deals. For kicks, Bruce is an FAA certified flight instructor (CFI) and a motor cycle adventure rider.

Ann James
Director of Coaching Services
Ann James is Director of Coaching Services within FourThirds and ensures the incredibly high standard of coaches we have within our portfolio. Ann is herself an executive coach, facilitator and trainer. She coaches senior executives, privately and through the world-class Henley Business School. Her passion is making coaching skills accessible to people who may not consider themselves coaches, but who want to be more effective - at work and beyond – by adopting a coaching approach.
She came to coaching through an earlier career in sponsorship, marketing, advertising, fundraising and event management. In addition, she helps organisations and individuals to evaluate and improve their working practices and performance.
Ann has an MA in Education, and is currently completing an MSc in Coaching & Behavioural Change at Henley Business School. She holds the Henley Certificate in Coaching; is a member of the Henley Register of Coaches and Henley Coaching Forum; is a Course Director for the Chartered Institute of Marketing She is a trained and accredited coaching supervisor; a member of APECS and the Association for Coaching; and holds the NLP Practitioner Certificate.

Dale Peters
Channel Development Consultant
Dale is an experienced and senior channel sales and marketing professional, with more than 15 years’ experience in the IT and Telecommunications industries.
Acknowledged for his in-depth understanding of channels and what is needed to turn strategy into action, Dale is an excellent communicator with outstanding customer-facing skills, and the ability to present information confidently and coherently.
For the past five years he has specialised in supporting both large corporations and small businesses in the development of go-to-market plans that provide fast and measurable results. This has included building and managing networks of high-performing partners; defining and executing well-structured channel plans as well as designing and deploying business processes and programmes to support and measure the performance of partners and vendors alike.
At Intel, Dale was regularly involved in shaping global programmes and represented channel partners and sales teams at international forums to determine future strategy, product and channel roadmaps. At Vodafone, he was responsible for developing go-to-market plans to manage the business-to-business channel, ensuring that it delivered optimum return-on-investment through deployment of sales teams, market development and technical support.
Dale has a Degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the University of Birmingham. |
