Our team of Executive Coaches are all highly experienced Coaches. They individually have a minimum of 2000 hours and adher to and are bound by a set of coaching ethics. Each coach is Supervised externally to ensure they are current and provide the best level of support throughout any coaching engagement. Coaching sessions are 100% confidential between the coach and the executive.
FourThirds also run coaching development programmes to support the ethos of a coaching culture within the organisation by developing coaching skills within Management and Leadership teams. To support this, FourThirds can provide an ongoing supervisory service for in-house coaches. |
